USA Business Visa - American Business Visa
People all over the world dream to have USA business visa as it will enable them to work and have business in United States of America. Every year thousands of people go to USA for work. USA Business visa is known as B1 visa which is your non immigrant visa. If your are going for very less duration than you are not required to apply for the business visa. This duration can be up to 90 days. But for more than these days or for permanent work you have to apply for the business visa 60 days before your travelling. The waiting time of visa depend on the consulates and some consulates take more time. Some delays can occur due to administrative processing or security clearances. Your visit depends on the length of visa stamp and with in that duration you can travel any time. Your actual date of stay will be mentioned in the I-94 form which will be stamped by the immigration officer at the port of entry. You will get the joint B1/B2 visa annual quotas of business visa.
As far as dependents are concerned there is no dependent visa type for the applicants of business visa. On business visa it is not a good idea to take your spouse or children with you. However if you are willing to take thems with you , you can apply for tourist(B-2) visa for them.
Business visa is also known as the emergency appointment visa. Some consulates know the proper procedure to arrange the expedited appointment. But it also depends on the United Sates national interest and urgency of the travel. For this you have to clearly mention the date of travel and detail contacts and also reason of travelling and why it is important. Then USA embassy will review your request and will give you the date of interview.
