Sir Walter Scott (1771–1832) in Ivanhoe
to describe a "medieval mercenary

It changed to a figurative noun around
the 1860s and was recognized as a verb
in 1903 by authorities in etymology
such as the Oxford English Dictionary.
Only in modern times has the term morphed
from a noun (a freelance) into an adjective
(a freelance journalist), a verb (a
journalist who freelances) and an adverb
(Webmaster worked freelance), and then
the noun "freelancer."

their projects. Then the freelancers
and small businesses offer bids or ideas
or proposals from which those buyers
can choose.

3:- Make
a business plan and stick to your goals.
Start off small then advance when you
feel comfortable. Your income will start
off slow but will improve with hard
work and determination.

4:- Remember
earning a income on the internet is
not easy and nothing will ever happen
if you do not take action. There is
no free money on the internet, it always
involves some work.
